WHY THIS PODCAST?
Japanese and Canadian wines offer an extraordinary range of people, places, and perspectives to discover. The Viticulture Edge grew from a simple idea: open a bottle, ask questions, and let the conversation lead somewhere interesting.
Some episodes begin with a winemaker. Others with a vineyard, a harvest, or a wine that makes us rethink what we know. Together, we explore the stories behind the bottle and build connections between these two wine cultures.
